Dads big toe and right index finger are turning purple slowly. i am worried they might die like the tips of his fingers on his left hand. the nurse on today is Isabel, she thinks nothing can be done beyond what they have been doing. this worries me. (do they still use leeches?)his core temperature is normal so they took off the heating blanket and he seems more comfortable with out it.

he had a tough confusing morning, but things have lightened up. right at this moment he's understanding jokes, commands and the TV. i am sure his mental state will change.

one of his doctors stopped by  this morning  and said he is going to try to get the nephrologist to flush his kidneys. i need to go to my mom's house and check the animals at dad's so if you if you come here today please ask if the nephrologist is expected or has come here yet.
