You might try just putting her full name into Google to see what pops up. You'd be surprised what Google can provide especially if she is a professional or has a connection with a business/organization/school.
Here is Denis's email. He's in ITS person who has helped us with all the lab computers as well as on bill's personal computers. If he does not remember Bill's password, ITS would be able to log in as admin and reset the password.
